(1)PVC、PVF or PVDF membrane material
PVC, PVF or PVDF membrane material is high strength polyester or polyurethane fiber cloth coated with polyvinyl chloride resin (PolyVinylChloride, abbreviated PVC), or other similar resin. In order to improve its durability and self-cleaning performance, often an addictive layer of PVF (polyvinylidene fluoride) or PVDF (polyvinylidene two fluoride) surface is used outside the PVC coating. It is generally considered that these material are flame retardant and semi-permanent material, and their life span is more than 20 years. The thickness is between 0.6 and 1.2mm, and the transmittance is between 6 and 12%; the strength is generally between 2000~7000N/5cm, and the fire resistance grade is B1.
(2)PTFE membrane material
PTFE membrane material is glass fiber cloth double coated with PTFE resin (PolyTetraFluoroeEhylene, abbreviated PTFE), is generally believed that this kind of material is nonflammable permanent material, the usage length can reach more than 30 years; the thickness is 0.6 ~ 1.2mm; transmittance at 8 ~ 18%; strength is generally between 3000 ~ 9000N/5cm; fire resistance rating A1.
(3) ETFE membrane material
ETFE (EthyleneTetraFluoEthylene) is a kind of granular crystal thin film with no cloth base. General made to two or three layers of inflatable structures, single layer structure needs reinforced cable net below the membrane. Its thickness is 120 ~ 300um, light transmittance is 95% or more, the light transmittance can be adjusted according to the different pattern printing on its surface. The second stage yield strength is generally between 20 ~ 30N/ mm2, and the fire resistance grade is B1.
