该工程属于充气式膜结构，位于北京市昌平区沙河镇北京水泥厂院内。平面投影为矩形，长120米，宽68米，最大高度为24.2米。该工程采用智能气压控制系统和报警系统，是国内当时体量最大的充气膜结构。

The project is an air-supported membrane structure, located in Changping District, Beijing. The projection plane is a rectangular shape of 120m long and 68m wide, its maximum high is 24.2m. Employing intelligent pneumatic control system and alarm system. It is the largest air-supported membrane structure in China at that time.
