The project is a unit tensile membrane system, appearing rectangular arrangement in its plane, with length of 61.34m and 23.6m respectively. The main column is 17.6m high, and the front cantilever span of the truss is 15.6m, while the rear cantilever is 8m, the maximum space between the columns is 12.7m.
