该工程属于气承式充气膜结构，包含两个气膜单体，依山势比邻而建，膜单体平面投影为矩形，尺寸142米*70米，膜顶部标高29.5m，膜内部容积约20万方。坐落在5米高挡土墙上。布置斜向网状钢缆系统，气膜设置6个车辆通道，2个紧急出口和2个旋转门，气膜配置有机械单元系统和尾气净化处理系统。
