该工程为骨架式膜结构，车棚工程平面形状为矩形，长约68米，宽约6米，最高点标高16米。主桁架采用单片桁架结构。两榀桁架最大间距11米，共6榀。
State Oceanic Administration Training Center Carport Membrane Structure
The car shed structure is rectangular of about 68m long and 6m wide, the highest elevation is 16m. The main structure is composed of 7 single trusses. The maximum span is 11m between the trusses.
