Project introduction
该工程位于北京石景山首钢院区，平面投影为矩形，尺寸135米x 60米 x 20米，是以一期正压气膜形状为蓝本，采用高度模拟化手法建立骨架模型，双层网壳作为支撑骨架下部坐落在2米高挡墙上，挡墙采用独立混凝土柱和砖墙组合形式。高强自洁的PVDF膜材作为围护结构布设在网壳的上弦平面，以双层网壳上杆件为界，将屋面膜分为7个独立单元。 是集土壤存储、有毒有害气体检测、废气收集、处理并达标排放为一体的综合性负压气膜大棚工程.

Membrane Structure
This project is located in Shijingshan District, Beijing City. The plane is a rectangular of 135m long and 60m wide, and its high is 20m. The spatial double layer grid structure model is established with highly technique to simulate the outline of the air-supported membrane structure built firstly in the same site. The grid structure is located on the 2m high concrete wall which is used as earth retaining. The PVDF membrane roof is divided into 7 elements and is arranged to the grid upper layer with adjustable tensioned boundary. It is the first domestic integrated negative pressure membrane project. It is used as soil storage and processing. The intelligent pneumatic control system, emission gas detecting & processing system and automatic alarm system are employed.
