该工程为骨架式膜结构，景观工程平面形状为扇形，最高点标高13米。主桁架采用单片桁架结构，前端悬挑10米，后端悬挑5米。两榀桁架最大间距11米，共4榀。
State Oceanic Administration Training Center Landscape Membrane Structure
The landscape engineering plane is similar to sector, the highest elevation is 13m. The main structure is composed of 5 single trusses. Its front cantilever is 10m and the rear 5m. The maximum span is 11m between each of the 4 trusses.
