Project introduction
该工程属于组合式膜结构体系，平面投影尺寸42米x 24米，钢结构骨架采用支撑钢柱和纵横向交错布置的平面管桁架梁，其中支撑钢柱共12根，柱高11.5米，分为2排，两排柱距20米，沿纵向共5跨，柱距均为7.6米，四周外檐悬挑均为2米，檐高7米。每个柱头设置预应力张拉机构对膜面分别顶升，并由脊索，谷索，边索共同作用张拉而成形。
Tianjin Haihe Stop-ship Area Membrane Structure
This project belongs to the combined membrane structure. The projection plane is a rectangular of 42m x 24m. There are 2 rows of 12 steel columns which span 7.6m. The distance is 20m between the rows. The plane pipe truss links these columns at 7m high, and protrudes 2m outside the columns. Tensioning mechanism is designed at the top of columns to introduce pre-stress to membrane.
