该工程属于典型的骨架支撑式膜结构体系，平面投影呈正圆环状，外围直径76米，总高度约18米。由上部环梁，弧形钢管和支座杆件共同构成了膜面的支撑骨架，分别向膜面施加预张力，整个建筑具有造型凹凸有致，美观大方的特点。
