Project introduction
该工程属于双层气承式充气膜结构体系，外形轮廓为球缺体，两层膜顶部最大间距300mm，底部共用压膜板收边。内层膜采用高强防腐沼气专用膜材，内部气压约2KPa左右,外层膜采用国产PVDF膜材，内部气压为200Pa，外层膜面开设观察窗，进气孔,设置进风风机持续送风，维持结构整体稳定性。
Sanyi Environment Biogas Membrane Structure
This project belongs to the double layer air-supported membrane structure. The contour is hemispherical，two layer maximum spacing is 300mm and share same boundary at the bottom. Inner membrane uses high strength anti-corrosion gas special membrane, which resists the internal pressure of about 2KPa. The outer membrane uses domestic PVDF, which resists the internal pressure of 200Pa. An automatic control system is adopted to maintain normal work and structural stability.
